✨IT'S TIME TO CELEBRATE! ✨

Since opening on 1st April 2022, we have had the opportunity to welcome and support over 100 small business owners at 58 Bonnygate! 🙌🏻

This month we want to showcase some of these amazing businesses and invite you to celebrate their success with us. 🎉

A few words from Ailsa -

"I know that many people look to yoga for flexibility and strength but my gentle evening yoga classes can also provide a place to find a sense of calm, reflection and relaxation. I base my classes on the Hatha yoga principles I learned during my 500 hour teacher training over 2 years with Yoga Scotland and my own practice. The pace is slow allowing for adjustments and therefore opening it up to all levels of experience and ability.

I continue to learn and study and enjoy introducing new elements into class. Each class will begin with a moment of settling into the present moment, followed by physical movement and ending with relaxation, breath work and a brief meditation.

I run evening classes in The Ivy Room at @58 Bonnygate Coworking & Community Hub, Cupar on Monday evenings.

The next 5 week block starts Monday 15th April until13th May.
