This Chocolate Avocado Mousse is rich, creamy, and packed with healthy fats, fiber, & antioxidants to satisfy your sweet tooth—without the sugar crash! 🍯✨

🛒 Ingredients:

🥄 Portion-Friendly Mini Appetizers for Smart Snacking! 🥄

Bite-sized portions let you enjoy delicious flavors without overindulging—because balanced eating is all about smart choices, not deprivation! This nutrient-packed appetizer delivers fiber, healthy fats, and immune-boosting antioxidants in every bite.

✨ Mini Sweet Potato Bites with Cranberry & Pecan Topping

🛒 Ingredients:
2 medium sweet potatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
1/2 cup fresh cranberries (or unsweetened cranberry sauce)
1/4 cup pecans, halved
1 tbsp maple syrup 🍁
1/2 tsp cinnamon ✨
Olive oil spray (optional, for roasting)
Sea salt, to taste

🥣 Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prep the sweet potatoes: Slice into 1/4-inch rounds, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and lightly spray or brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt.
3. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until soft & golden on the edges.
4. Cranberry topping: While the potatoes roast, heat fresh cranberries in a saucepan with 1-2 tbsp water over medium heat for 5–7 minutes (until they begin to burst & soften). Mash slightly and stir in maple syrup & cinnamon for a natural touch of sweetness! 🍯
5. Assemble: Once the sweet potatoes are done, top each round with a spoonful of cranberry mixture & a pecan half.
6. Serve & Enjoy! These bites are perfect for guilt-free snacking or a nutritious holiday appetizer! 🍽️

This easy-to-make curry paste is your new go-to for adding bold flavor to soups, veggies, or protein dishes. Whip up a batch, store it for later, or use it right away!

Turmeric Curry Paste

Ingredients:
1 tbsp fresh ginger root (peeled)
1 tbsp fresh turmeric root (peeled)
1 small shallot or very small onion (peeled)
2 small garlic cloves (smashed, outer peel removed)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 can coconut milk
Vegetable or chicken stock (as needed)
Salt or liquid aminos (to taste)

Instructions:
1. In a blender or food processor, puree the ginger, turmeric, onion, garlic, cumin, and melted coconut oil until smooth but thick.
