HOW I KEPT MY ABS DURING AN ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT (and drink) VACATION:

By not worrying about it.
-
I ate when I was hungry & stopped when I was full.
-
I kept my body moving. I went to the gym during sea days and explored on shore days.
-
I didn’t let worry of how my body looked take up space in my mind, because it doesn’t actually matter.
-
So yes, the title is clickbait. I didn’t have some “strategy” or plan to stay lean. That’s not the point of vacation.
-
If you leave having the best experiences, are you really going to look back years later and say “man, I really shouldn’t have eaten that extra dessert”?
-
When you’re having a great time, your activity level will likely help balance out extra caloric intake anyway. And if it doesn’t, who cares! Soon you’ll be back to normal life & your weight will regulate.

So GO, eat pizza every single day of your trip if your heart desires (I sure did)

God didn’t let me come into this world until 2000 because if I was in my 20’s that year like Paris Hilton, I would’ve been too much of a fashion icon competitor & it would’ve broken the tabloids…obviously 🙄

But on a serious note, I had the best time hosting with yesterday🩷 I got to see so many familiar faces…I love my dance fam🥺

Went to Atlanta for concert. She ended up having to cancel it, so you bet I spent Hrs & Hrs in this bathtub 🛀
