Our next upcoming event, Drum mmm circle! There’s nothing more freeing to me when I feel stuck and overwhelmed than letting the rhythm of a Native American drum or djembe connect with my heart beat… and community!

This event is a free will donation based event designed for the whole family and what’s cool 😎 is that it’s guided and freestyle so you have lots of freedom with community and freestyle exploration to enjoy. No experience necessary as we are all led with the intention to play, create and connect.

Got a few extra drums? Please bring them to share.
