Happy Wednesday! If I may share.. Been debating alot with myself about sharing or not this post... After big reflexion,I chose to share for two reasons.
1. It's my reality, part of my story, contributing to my growth and personal health.
2. If I can help ,even only ONE PERSON, that they're not alone with their struggles..That will make my day!
Did you know that your body can shut down your nervous system in ordering make you realize that you've been pushing way beyond your personal limits?
It's actually one of the body self-defense mecanism.
Well, I've learned it about four weeks ago!Since almost 3 years, I've been overcoming humongous stress , anxiety and self-care and love due to personal challenges.I was doing great ,counted many victories of all kind!About a year ago, I've became overwhelmed and started to put aside all my needs to maximize all I my investments and support to my family and it's challenges.I have no regrets as they mean the world to me.
Last summer, I've started to struggle keeping with my healthy daily habits.Incredible mental and physical fatigue ,muscular fatigue joined, numming my hands up to my elbows all the time.End of September came neck ,hips and back pain up to the point of going up my six stairs became a struggle just like a bunch of regular daily activities witch lead me to consult my doctor in October .After check up and blood work ,came fallow up at my doctor beginning of December.Thats the shovel by the head I wasn't ready to get!
" Impeccable blood work results Valérie!I'm sorry to tell you; Your stress, anxiety added to your ADHD has physically impacted your energy ,your mobility and body strength!"
Clear outcome conclusion; put back myself in first if I want to live and be there to help and care for my family that means the world to me! Ouch!!!
I've been referred in physiotherapy and psychological support.3 weeks passed, and slowly I'm rebuilding my strength! Struggles and obstacles are temporary, not here for ever! Lesson earned, don't give up!we are all worthy!
I'm proud that my morning rehab exercises are done successfully today!
