A little reflection, inspired by this lovely feedback from a Happier member.
Mindfulness and gratitude are two of the most simple yet powerful practices we can cultivate. Taking a few moments to ground ourselves in the present and acknowledge the small things we're grateful for can completely shift our perspective as we head into a new week.
