My workout today is starting off with "pushup side arm balance". There are so many variations for pushups... don't just settle for the standard.

Dynamic stretching routine on the schedule today. Pigeons are one of my favourite. Great for stretching those hip flexors.
Starting my workout off with some renegade rows. Great back, bicep and core exercise.

I find that the longer I wait to do my workout the less motivated I feel to do it. What time of day do you find is the easiest to workout?
Recovery day with focusing on technique followed up by stretching. It's what makes the other 6 days possible.
Day 6 complete. It's not things in life that bring us happiness. They may bring happiness for a moment but it soon fades. Growth and improving ourselves each day is what will bring ultimate happiness.
Slept in 2 hrs yesterday and missed my whole morning routine. I don't make up for a missed workout. I just keep moving forward. I find that when people keep trying to make up for a missed workout it gets too difficult and no-one likes doing a double workout. Day 4 today!
Wow.. can't believe I just made it through 47 minutes. Last time I did a workout that long was in July. 28 days to go!
