A plant-based diet has been scientifically shown to prevent, and even reverse, chronic illnesses including type II diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and various forms of cancer. Additionally, those who consume a whole food, plant-based diet often report feeling greater levels of energy, better mood, fewer digestive issues, and a greater overall sense of well-being. With over 15 years e
xperience living a plant-based life, Stephanie offers wellness coaching and support to individuals of all ages and backgrounds who are interested in changing their diets (and lives!) for the better. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Windsor and a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University. Her combined educational background and extensive experience provide her with a unique and insightful perspective that empowers individuals to take charge of their health, while breaking down the barriers that often keep people trapped in poor diet or lifestyle patterns. Stephanie has been featured on AM 800's "Taking Charge of Your Health with Dr. Michelle Prince" radio show as well as in the Windsor Star. Stephanie is also one of the founders of Empowered Wellness Windsor, a team of health practitioners and advocates who organize lectures and workshops featuring experts whose research and clinical practice demonstrate the transformative power of lifestyle and dietary changes. Stephanie is available for individual consultation, where she will work directly with you to help you transition to, and maintain, a whole food, plant-based diet. She is also available as a guest speaker at events promoting plant-based wellness. For more information or to book an appointment, please email Stephanie at [email protected]
