Wearing sunscreen alone isn't enough to protect you from the sun's rays. Next time you restock on sunscreen, take a closer look at the label to stay protected all summer long:
☀️ Choose a broad spectrum sunscreen to protect against UVA exposure.
☀️ Choose a sunscreen with 30 SPF or higher to protect against UVB rays.
☀️ Check your sunscreen for reapplication instructions. Some need to be reapplied more frequently than others.
☀️ Check the expiration date. Expired sunscreen is no longer effective.

This video of my son is kinda like my experience owning a business. You start out all excited but nervous. You keep hanging on and waiting for your turn and just when you think it is safe to proceed, something comes out of nowhere and knocks you down. However, you never give up and you start over and try again(even when you’re upset).
