Inversion asanas like sirsasana, pincha mayurasana, handstand jaise asan practise karte se hamari kamzoria aur tarah tarah ke Dar se samna karne ki himmat badhti hai.

Practice ke time girna,padna, Kai baar halki chotein lagna boht common hai, har baar thoda si unnati hoti hai jisse motivation milti hai, fir chahe kitni bhi baar gire ho, aage badhne se rukte nahi hai.

Ek din aap sahi se balance karna sikh jate hai aur apki sari mehnat rang aati hai. Is dauran aapka personal, physical, emotional development hota hai jo aapko adhyatmik sadhna ki raste aage lekar jata hai. 🙏

If your back feels like a block, you're not alone.

The long working hours, constant sitting causes stiffness of neck, shoulder and upper back reducing its mobility.

It takes good practice and patience to improve, it's not undoable.

Progress will/may be small but it's important to keep going. Do not get disheartened!

Many people have p***c bone pain while doing dhanurasana.
The main reason being unable to expand stomach to lift the chest effectively with breathing, also the restriction in back sometimes do not allow one to do so. This leads to pressing of p***c bone causing discomfort.

You can always use a flat pillow or a folded blanket for securing the bone until you learn to stretch the front part of body.

With being able to touch toes, one also learns about their capacity to change, ability to improve and all this fills one...

With being able to touch toes, one also learns about their capacity to change, ability to improve and all this fills one with motivation in life, automatically leads one to higher yoga practices.

Apne pair ko chuna sikhne ke sath, apne bare me kai baate sikhte hai, apni badalne, sudhaarne aur dhalne ki kshamata pata chalti hai. Ye sab Khushi aur confidence se jine ke prerna deta hai.

Asana abhyas/practice se arogya, man me nayi umang, unnati ki prerna ati hai jo hame yoga sadhna me apne aap aage lekar jati hai. 🙏
