ATL BOOTCAMPERS ATL BOOTCAMP IS A FITNESS GROUP LED BY CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINERS TO HELP MEMBERS GET IN SHAPE. Before we begin, we'd like to introduct the two trainers.

Welcome ATL InTown Bootcampers:

Thanks for joining the Summer 2011 Boot Camp at Phoenix Park. We are excited that you are a part of this experience and look forward to helping you achieve your desired fitness goals. LaBron Hatcher - originally from California but attended Morehouse here in Atlanta. He has now been in Atlanta for 20 years. His athletic background consists of football and track. L

aBron is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Public Health Advocacy and Leadership. He has been a trainer for many years and enjoys motivating people to reach higher limits. He is also active in the community and in youth as an advocate to end violence and bullying in support of directing energy towards positive goals. Matt Sikora - originally from Ohio where he attended Ohio University. Matt is a resident of Atlanta now for 7 years. Over the course of his upbringing, he participated competitively and recreationally in football, basketball, and tennis. During his years in Atlanta, Matt dived into training for Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, and Track & Field. He has been a certified ISSA trainer for 4 years and enjoys teaching clients the benefits of adopting a lifestyle and how simple, little things can make a huge difference. He is an advocate for hard work and perserverance. Matt is married to his lovely wife Lina and they have two furry children - Pookie (a pug) and Kyoko (a siamese cat). About the camp...

The camp will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7 PM - 8 PM. We will also meet on Saturday mornings from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM. (In the event of rain or acts of God, we will meet the next scheduled day.) We use non-traditional methods of increasing fitness and health including but not limited to kettlebells, weighted sleds, and resistance bands. All fitness levels are welcome and we strive to tailor individuals workouts to the goals which they are trying to attain. In other words, we are not your typical cookie-cutter routine as we realize everybody has different needs, varying levels of fitness, and goals. Our goal with all our boot camps is ultimately to teach. To teach not only methods of increasing fitness and health but also assisting with matters of diet, injuries, long term health, and other modalities pertinent to well-being....and teaching healthy lifestyle habits crucial to living a healthy and active life. Matt and LaBron's sports-oriented backgrounds really show through in our committment and enthusiasm to encourage boot campers in achieving all of their fitness goals and in the structure of our workouts to provide variety and, most importantly, keep things fun : )

The camp will go from Wednesday, June 1st to Monday, July 11th for a duration of 6 weeks. Our Contact Information...
