I totally feel the same way.
I watch my metrics on my scale specifically my body water.
I noticed week over week when I didn't drink at least one can a day, my metrics declined.

Hey everyone!

The weight of the world can be especially heavy for empaths, who deeply feel and internalize others' emotions.

Is anyone else feeling the emotional overload, the physical fatigue, and challenges in setting personal boundaries lately?
I cannot be the only one.

I'm learning to practice regular self-care, set healthy boundaries, and use deep breathing. I have no TV in the house which helps me to limit exposure to negative media.

Most importantly I know I can seek support from understanding friends who understand who I am and love me where I am.

Lord, I pray I want to find balance and peace amidst the chaos.

Deep community is the radiant thread to health, joy, success, and connection. We were never designed to journey through life alone.

Our souls crave companionship and shared moments that affirm our place in the world. To flourish, we need to be seen, known, and belong.

We are meant to live in community, moment by moment, breath by breath. Not once a week, or once a month at a night out with friends or a quick lunch after emerging from a long week after hours at work. But every moment, every day for the rest of our lives.

Yet, so many people sit in isolation, yearning for the embrace of a community that feels just out of reach. This loneliness arises because we have forgotten our primal need for connection, distracted by the superficialities of modern life.

We can change this by being present and creating spaces where everyone belongs.

Let’s start now, in this very breath, building deep community,
remembering we are all part of the intricate web of humanity, designed to journey through life together.

I've noticed a difference. Oh, hydrating has made a huge difference!

It's not a job; nor a chore. It's a strong belief within us. It makes us happy and helps others too.

Sometimes I have to relook at the amazing benefits of Plant DNA lozenges and their instant gratification nutrition.
