🌱FIRST EVENT IS NOW LIVE🌱

Come join me to celebrate the energies of the solstice and the full moon on Sunday 23rd June at 7pm. Meeting just outside of Skipton for a walk and to sit in circle honouring the solstice and full moon. Learning more about nature’s cycles and enjoying the company of like minded souls.
We will be releasing, meditating and I will be doing some group healing. There will be light refreshments supplied but feel free to bring more. Bring along friends or come on your own. Anyone is welcome.

Getting my offerings updated so I am ready for the festival. A huge step for me but listening and trusting source and the guidance received.
When I write down what I have achieved in a year I am pretty blown away. Imagine what I could do in 5 years. The dream of less work and more travel is no longer a dream. It is just a matter of when. This year my camper van and the UK - next year, who knows.
I have spent years learning to look after the body and mind. This past couple of years have been learning how to look after my soul. My energy.
With this and with my regular energy healing I am so ready for this next chapter.

This was my Beltane celebration this year.
Collecting wild foods mindfully.
Creating a wonderful pasta dish with them.
I was short of time this week and although I do like to honour the sabbats, I feel we put too much pressure on to celebrate them on a certain day when, like nature, I feel they are much more fluid. I’ll be celebrating properly this weekend as I venture out into nature in my van! I am so excited.
This beautiful dish included wild garlic, garlic mustard, plantain seeds, dandelion, nettle and herb Robert.
It was absolutely beautiful and I am looking forward to foraging this weekend for my meals.

It won’t be long until I can offer guided walks talking all things nature and I am so excited. Training starts in a couple of weeks.

Wishing you all a very blessed Beltane. 🌿

As I work my way out of the shadow period I have been navigating and I head back towards the light I am reminded of the cycle of nature and the beauty of Beltane.

Beltane is the mid way point between the spring equinox and the summer solstice. A time of joy, ecstasy and love.

If you go out into nature at the moment you will notice the explosion of green as all the leaves emerge. Baby birds can be seen and the dandelions, which first blossomed with the spring equinox are at their peak (get your dandelion honey made this weekend). You will see the bluebells and the wild garlic flowering in woodland.

Along with all of these outward signs you will also notice a stirring of energy within as your energy rises.

Enjoy the light, enjoy the warmth, celebrate the abundance of nature and dance, laugh, feast and love 💕💕💕💕

Met for a dip but as I was on day two of my bleed and wanted to keep my womb warm, I opted for sitting on the river bank and watching, listening and finding stillness.
Not being able to regulate using my usual tools can be really hard, but I KNOW that after this deep shadow period comes the LIGHT, the ELATION, the ALIGNMENT.

Knowing this helps me to LEAN into the FEELINGS, to really allow them to pass through, and pass they will if I allow them to.
Some feelings stick a while longer, it depends what triggers them. But THEY WILL PASS. This is the mantra you tell yourself.

So for any of you whose days are dark and long, it doesn’t feel like there is a way out or you’re pulled in so many directions, you no longer feel you know the right way, please know that THIS TOO SHALL PASS. This is not your forever state. Everything is a CYCLE.

I will be able to regulate again, I will be aligned again.

Tapping into that energy can really help you to begin the climb out of the shadow BUT be sure not to do this too soon, you MUST truly honour these feelings, truly feel them, acknowledge them and rewrite them to move forward and not repeat the cycle.

This is where it all began for me.

Once I connected to my cycle and learnt the history and magic of being a woman, there was a further understanding of everything.

I went from a woman who would double up on the pill so I didn’t have the inconvenience of a bleed to a woman who came off all contraception and started listening to her body. I went from severe pain and PMT to a quiet acceptance and understanding of the beauty of the feminine cycle.

Me just walking away from society and into a new, more natural way of life 🌱💫

I finally found my fit. 🙌 I used to feel like I was trying to bend and contort myself into shapes I just couldn’t fit into. Society’s tick boxes. ✅
Through Covid lockdowns I’d say I had my first spiritual awakening. I kind of came out of the closet, so to speak 💫🌙
I learnt so much (we had a lot of time to read and think didn’t we?!) and with that learning came so much emotion. 🌈
It was like everything finally made a bit more sense to me and all the emotions I felt I knew were there for a reason. To help guide me to here. To you 🙏

Learning all about Mother Earth, learning all about the witch wound, and the power and magic of the menstrual cycle. It’s where it all began and it’s where the beginning of the end of my relationship to society as I knew it began. 😮‍💨🙏

Now, I feel ready to guide you through the first steps I took to be here, on this incredible journey with the Earth. It’s how I managed to launch a successful business, create a new soul led business, get qualifications and level up my learning and find an incredible new path of wonder.

Together we will explore the long history of the witch wound and how this affects us. We will discuss our cycle and how to work with it to get mind blowing results and to learn more about ourselves and each other as we journey together.

💥Truth bomb incoming….

✨ the past 6 months I have been struggling with my mental health.
❤️ in that time I’ve still smiled, laughed, made many plans (only to cancel them last minute as anxiety takes hold or realise I’ve double booked myself because my brain isn’t functioning properly) and managed to put on a pretty good front.
✨ I have started to attend therapy again once a week and I’ve done a lot of inner child work and shadow work.

Why am I sharing this? 🤷‍♀️

Because I want you to know you’re not alone. Even as a mentor and a healer, I have to practice what I preach. I have to use my tools most days to help me cope and it’s not always an easy fix.

But guess what? It makes me an incredible listener, mentor and healer because I am experienced in it all first hand and I have an abundance of tools to help you navigate the dark.

⭐️ I have even started to understand that a lot of my power comes from my mental health struggles. I know I could not shine so bright and be so positive if it wasn’t for the deep darkness and the pain that I have to sit with.

My goodness this energy is ALOT - anyone else feeling this? 🙏🥴

Full moon, lunar eclipse and huge solar flares all going on.
Physical symptoms include headaches, nausea, earache, sinusitis and cramps.
Mentally we may feel anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, out of balance.
Take note of anything that comes up over the next few days that is not in alignment with your plans and goals for this year, anyone or anything that triggers you or is repeating a pattern that doesn’t work for you anymore. These are the things you will be called to release in order to create balance and harmony within for you to truly step into the new year and the new you!
Be kind to yourself and others the next couple of days.

In a world where we have been programmed to see rest as lazy or unproductive - be the rebel.
I know most of don’t have the opportunity to take time at leisure and plan in full days of self care (it’s a dream to go to the loo alone for most of you I imagine!)
But to ground yourself and bring you back to the present moment takes 5 mins of your day and can be done pretty much anywhere and really helps your nervous system to relax.
In return you get to be so much more present and calmer when you are in every day life challenges.
I invite you to take 5 minutes today, preferably outdoors and just breathe. Connect to your senses and to the earth beneath you. Or run a bath, read a book, watch tv. However you see rest. I invite you to do this without apology or judgement, just to be 🙏

The Spring Equinox is here 🌈🌱🌸

The start of a brand new year, a new chapter full of light, hope and joy.
From today there is more light than dark, we start to feel reborn, awakening from slumber of winter.
Stretching our limbs, planting our seeds to grow and nurture in the year ahead.
We step out of our cocoon, leaving our shedded skins behind us and rejoicing in the fresh energy of the sun.

This past year has been a tough one, a complete rollercoaster.

BUT I have overcome it all.

- Losing some incredible people and the grief that comes with loss.

- studying hard and setting up solid foundations for my soul business to grow

- making some hard decisions and life choices and putting my trust in the universe like never before

- accepting exactly where I am and who I am and planning a future that is more aligned to me

Now I am so ready to step into this new year and I am excited at what I will have achieved by the end of the year. I’m just getting started. 🙌

I will always be a water baby. It gives me life literally and metaphorically.
Water takes up around 70% of the earths surface and it makes up around 60% of our bodies. It can be still and calming or ferocious and wild. It can hold you and heal you or take you and drown you. I love that it has this dual personality and how you will never touch the same water twice.
Water is one of the four elements within alchemy and I feel called to chat more about these along with the fifth element of spirit. It seems to me to be the bridge between science and spirituality. There will be a workshop coming up so watch this space. We do touch on it slightly in my nature cycles workshop and the masculine and feminine energy balance workshop that I am running on the 27th. Still space if you want to join 🙏

Although this full moon does fall in the new astrological year, it is the final call to release and let go of any old habits or blocks that may be preventing you from stepping into the new year feeling aligned and free.

Who else loves a rainbow? 🌈
I love that the chakras within us correlate with the colours of the rainbow. I love that we are literally prisms of light.
Even in the darkest days this is a very comforting and lovely thought. 🙏💕🙏

Some intuitive musings of a Monday evening. Working on my connection with my intuition and my third eye chakra. These sayings kept coming through with today’s connections.
I felt compelled to share in case anyone needed to hear it right now.
I know I did.
Sometimes, especially when doing shadow work, I do find it hard to see the light. I tend to fall into the old habits of negative self talk and people pleasing, trying to keep the peace and staying small. The good thing is I recognise the pattern sooner now and up the self care and self love.

✨taking time off✨
How do you feel about taking time off?
Do you happily take time off as and when you need? Or are you more of an over thinker like me?
This trip on paper made no sense to me. Being self employed. Not yet having caught up with money from Christmas and having so much else I need to spend my money on, I very nearly didn’t go. There was a lot of resistance there.
I am so glad I pushed through and did it anyway.

There’s a narrative inside my head whenever I look at gifting myself something and it goes a bit like this:
- you don’t deserve it
- you can’t afford it
- you should be working
- people will judge you for this
- why should you get nice things and be happy
I could carry on but I think you get the idea.
Over the past few years I have done so much work on myself and quietening that voice. I know now it’s inherited and mostly not my own voice.
I’ll always be a work in progress, I wouldn’t want it any other way but this trip is testament to how far I have come already and how I can help YOU achieve a quieter inner critic.

Monochrome magic ✨
Plenty of snow fell today in and around yorkshire.
There is something magical about snow. The way it muffles sound and changes every surface into a painting. I just love it and I am gathering snow water as we speak ready for some magic next week 🔮✨
Snow water can be used in different ways - collected today I will use it for purification, cleansing and calming as we approach this new moon and the shadow period that accompanies it. Reaching into my feminine energy to guide me through the lessons that present themselves 🙏
