Prenatal Workout (Full Body)

With so many things going on in your life and in your belly during pregnancy, working out can easily reach the top of the “I will do it tomorrow” list. But I am here to convince you to take it back (or place it for the first time) on your list of priorities!
It can reduce the risk of complications during your pregnancy. Studies show that a regular workout lowers the risk of gestational diabetes and of delivery by c-section.
It will make you feel happier and less anxious. Just like non-pregnant people, working out releases good hormones in your pregnant body and helps you to let go of the tensions held in your body. And if mama feels good, baby feels good too!
It helps to improve your sleep quality. And as you’ve been told probably a hundred times, enjoy some good sleep while you still can!
It helps to prepare the body for delivery and reduces the risk of complications. Our bodies were designed to give birth, but throughout our existence, we have been way more active than we are today in our modern society. So working out is really more a way to go back to our roots and give our bodies the dose of movement it needs to thrive.
