Two years ago I started a full time job with TJX (Marshall’s/Homesense/Winners). I still had my labels business but my brain really only could handle learning and doing so much.

2025 has shifted my heart back into pouring energy into this business that I love so much. Who knows where it will go but I’m excited to add some life back into Oil Culture Labels and feed my soul with the entrepreneurial spirit that I have deep inside me!

Looking forward to the process and if you find yourself ready to get going again…walk along side me!! 💕

This recipe is from the I Am Fabulous essential oil recipe book. It’s my absolute favorite perfume recipe.

I am not a huge cinnamon fan, and I know the most drops are cinnamon bark oil, but it must be the sweet of all the citrus oils and the sharp of the siberian fir that creates the most sweet & sharp balance ❤️

Do you send samples to your customers or potential customers?

Here are 3 steps to running a sample campaign:

1. Think of a quick win/solution/habit you can introduce to your customer.

2. Gather your supplies + labels, create a card with instructions.

3. Invite your audience to receive a sample from you, get it to them + most importantly remember to follow up and see how their trial went!

My most favorite oil is Frankincense - for all the things. My most used oil is probably LEMON! 🍋. I use it in my water daily, for baking, for cleaning and adding a fresh twist to any diffuser blend.

Super quick DIY

Add 20 drops of your favourite essential oil combination to a 4oz / 125ml spray bottle and fill with water. Shake before spritzing on your car floor mats.

Favorite combos:
peppermint + orange
grapefruit + lime
tangerine + eucalyptus

Just went through about a month of loosing super large amounts of my hair!!?

I’m probably down about 50%. Gotta be honest, I never thought I would have hair issues as I have lots of hair that’s curly and puffy.

Loosing like 3x I normally would every time I showered or used my pic was alarming. I thought “jeesh I don’t think I can grow it that fast to replace the rate I’m loosing it”!

Check out the stories in my highlights to find out what I did to recover. I also heard that 3-6 months after having the C can be a side effect.

Im so happy with the products from plus shampoo/conditioner plus my hair mist!

I’m happy to report that I now have a plethora of new fuzzy growth on the top of my head and hairline. Yay!
