I’ve seen so many comments about people giving the COVID vaccine without gloves. Gloves during vaccinations are overkill. I swear we have to waste more things in the US than anywhere else in the world. It’s extremely vital during this time when preserving PPE to know the recommendation. 💉

In August, I wrote a ridiculously long & boring paper on vaccine immunology and platforms as a part of a project (ahem that I still haven’t finished 😭🤦🏼‍♀️). I had NO IDEA how much I’d use that info this fall and in preparation to get us ready to vaccinate for COVID.

Happy 1st birthday to my baby boy! I cannot express how much joy and love he’s brought into our lives over the last 12 months. He’s left-handed, spicy & hot-tempered like his Mama. He knows what he wants, when he wants it, and will not hesitate to let you know if he’s not happy about it if he’s unsuccessful. He’s so smart already. He is not a cuddler so I steal them when I can. He’s got those beautiful brown eyes and is silly & goofy like his Daddy. No one makes him alight line Da Da & he is one big Daddy’s boy much to Mama’s dismay! He’s generally the smiliest sweetest baby and we are pretty sure he’s going to be quite the hoss based on his growth pattern so far. I cannot wait to continue to watch him grow and I’ve never been more proud to be anything like I am to be his mother. We love you to the moon & back Owen William ❤️💙 💙
