Hi! I'm Lena Nguyen, a dually board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, and now the proud owner and founder of Rejuven Health Community Care Center. I am originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. My #1 priority is helping my community. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Oklahoma City University and have primarily worked as an ICU registered nurse.

I pursued my Master of Science in Nursing in both Family Medicine and Psychiatry at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. My passion is helping the underserved population aged six years old and older. I have experience in inpatient drug and rehab addiction medicine, outpatient mental health clinics, and serving the homeless population.

I am culturally competent and use evidence-based practices and personal intuition to achieve the best outcomes for my patients. I advocate for innovations in healthcare, integration of behavioral medicine, su***de prevention, trauma-informed care, and improving self-efficacy.
