I am a holistic licensed esthetician and essential oil educator. I have always had a fascination and love of studying and learning holistic healing and wellness. In middle school I got into studying reflexology. Around that time my father had a lot of issues with kidney stones. I remember one night in the middle of a kidney stone episode, I sat down at my Dad's feet with my book and did the reflex

ology workout for kidney stones... I remember patiently pressing on the reflexes, and breathing, sending love and healing energy to him... in 24 hours he passed those stones! He was shocked, this was not his first episode with kidney stones, and I quickly became his little healer. Fast forward 25+ years, I have become a bit of a renaissance woman... I worked in the catering field for about 15 years (loved it), became a licensed esthetician- with a focus on spa therapy and natural skin care lines, I am a certified Basic Shamballa Master (it is a form of energy work similar to reiki), I became certified in equine massage therapy, and a wine educator for the Traveling Vineyard. I also love yoga and meditation. After years of trying to combine all my interests, and share them with the world to help others, I think I finally have found a way. In 2014, I became a mother to a beautiful and amazing little boy. My husband and I lived pretty healthy lives, but once our son was born I pushed it further and we live a very natural life now!!!! We have our own gardens of herbs and veggies, No more toxic cleaning chemicals, lots of essential oils used in the home to keep it clean and healthy, as well as in homemade salves and creams to heal different skin issues and booboos. After being an essential oil user for nearly 20 years, I learned there is a huge difference between essential oils brands and quality. I was at a DoTERRA essential oil class, and I immediately became a wellness advocate who serves to educate and guide others to support their bodies and focus on health and wellness with all natural practices. As a wellness advocate, I am finally merging all I learned over the years, and using it to support my customers on their skin, health and wellness journeys. It is my mission that this be a place for anyone who wishes to learn more about living a healthy, natural lifestyle and being natural beauties for themselves and their families. This is a community for people to share ideas and information. For Moms, there are difficulties and challenges in all stages of motherhood and this is a place where you can find support and love to help you on your journey. And of course you will find my services both as a holistic esthetician, energy worker and essential oil educator. WOW!!!! Oh my lord! As I reflect on the past year, I am filled with joy and gratitude for the experiences, lessons and adventures of 2023!

My word of 2023 was Shine, and shine it did!
I stepped up in new ways as a leader in my networking company, I found a new shift of confidence and joy in my esthetics work- both in my room and coaching as I guide my clients on their personal wellness journeys, I organized and held my first retreat with a team of some dear sisters, and grew as a person, a business owner, mother, wife and leader! I surrounded myself with amazing friends and family that added extra sparkle and happiness to my days!
I discover the joy of shining bright in my true nature for all to see!
I thank you for your support through out the year! You are an important part of my world.
