fakie poppyseed dressing! 🌿🌱🌳🍴

i'm all about the DIY salad dressing! yessss, it's a bit labor intensive but totally worth it for a super fresh & trustworthy salad topper. 🍋🍊🍶

no preservatives, colorings, wheat, soy or crap filler. 🙊

i use a regular shaker bottle to mix, but don't usually measure each ingredient; i like to eyeball and taste my food, each batch is unique. 💎🎯

it's been a crazy awesome & busy first week of 2016. much to say (been too busy to blog! 😳😫), but I wanted to drop my first for the year here! my best friend Brian Griffin LOVES doga (this is yoga for dogs - yes?! 😂)

aaaaand, I'm back!

2015 was a crazy busy year for my business and a crazy weird year in my personal life. as always, I've grown and learned through the positive and the negative experiences & regret nothing!!! (if you don't know, I 'don't believe' in regret.)

i'm starting off 2016 feeling motivated and confident (positive affirmations, daily, right? 😉) 1️⃣ one of my goals for this year is to utilize this page as my blog, for which it's intended, to share my realistically fit lifestyle with you guys! 🍋🍅🍳🌿🍕🍕🍕
