🌒A NEW MOON EVENT🌘

✨The New Moon in Cancer asks us to tap into themes of home and nurture while also influencing fertility.

✨In astrological terms, the New Moon is a time for planting the seeds of intention and an opportunity for reflection. It is the perfect time to begin anew.

✨We all know that writing down intentions can be powerful so for this months New Moon we will be writing down how we plan to nurture ourselves in our daily life.

🌱We will plant our note, along with provided seeds of choice, in a pot that you can take home. As you tend to your plant, watching it grow, you will be reminded to care and nurture yourself just as you are the planted seeds.

🧘🏽‍♀️Once the planting ceremony is complete, we will explore an all-levels “slow flow to restorative” yoga practice. You can expect gentle movement, essential oils, cool eye towels, & more.

💆🏻You will leave feeling calm, refreshed, and excited to love yourself so that, like your plant, you can grow🌱
