WOW!! Been a long time since I posted on here... What to say??!! Happy New Year!! Do something good for yourself. Make a change that you can sustain. Often times we decide to better ourselves physically and then we overdue whatever we've decided to do and then we quit. Make small changes with your food. Instead of saying what you won't do anymore, come up with something you can do. Also, start moving!! Motion is lotion!! Let me know if you need help!!
