Did you know that today marks the last Monday of February and the end of Heart Health Month?
Let’s celebrate by prioritizing our heart health and making some positive choices!

Take a moment to lace up those sneakers, hit the pavement, and get your heart pumping. Whether it’s a brisk walk, a jog, or even some heart-healthy exercises, let’s show our hearts some love today!
Remember, a healthy heart is a happy heart, so let’s make it a goal to keep our hearts strong and vibrant.

Physical activity helps control high blood pressure, strengthens your heart and reduces stress. Find a class at the Y that you love and get your heart pumping!
