🔥 The yellow-legged hornet (Vespa Velutina) is not aggressive to humans. It is possible to observe its nest from a distance of 4 or 5 m without risk. The few people who have been stung have done so by trying to destroy a nest or by inadvertently touching a worker. However, be extremely cautious of very large tree nests.
