Lastly pls share how you access Freedomedge service? Would you recommend it to other ladies in needs?

- I found FreedomEdge while I was doing research on the internet.

- Juhee from FreedomEdge has been really helpful in following up with me and assisting me to make this journey a very smooth one.

- Because of the research that Juhee has done, I managed to reduce my time and stress in finding the right hospital.

- I am not Korean and I don’t have female friends in Korea.. But Juhee accompanied me to the hospital during my procedures, giving me a sense of security and support that I need on that day. She has been of great help and i would not hesitate to recommend her to every woman that wants to do egg freezing 😊

2. Have you ever spoken about your plans with close friends and family?

- A girl friend shared with me on her IVF journey in the beginning of 2022.

- I then shared with her that I have always had the idea to do egg freezing but I realised that it is illegal to do egg freezing in SG.

- She encouraged me to read up and researched abit more. I then found Juhee who spoke about her egg freezing stories. I felt that I could relate and empathize with her.

- As I am approaching my 00th year old birthday, I thought that I should not delay further and I contacted her for more information.

- After I decided on the procedures, I booked my flight tickets and hotels. I did not inform my family… but I did shared with a few of my besties and they supported my decision.

When Freedom Edge is asked for help we don't talk about egg freezing on the onset.
Body-conditioning, and concurrently AMH testing, should be precedent before anything else.
One of the body conditioning routines is exercise, specifically daily walking. But the key point here is 'fast walking' NOT slow

It is proven to be effective to improve fertility health
