I have been lucky in my life, that i have been given the time to discover my passions. I first discovered Aurvedic massage whilst studying yoga in Rishikesh, India 4 years ago. Since then i have returned to India and studied in depth the traditional massage style of Ayurveda, expanding my knowledge of the use of marma(pressure) points. Through years of practice and exchange with other therapists I
have been enable to evolve my own massage style to create a beautfully relaxing experience for body and mind. With the synchronicity that life brings I have been given the opportunity to expand my love of teaching through yoga and by being given the encouragement and opportunities to also share my knowledge of massage. I now regularly run workshops helping others to learn the power of giving with intention
So here i am, a traveling teacher, always open to share, but also always learning.
