What if your water machine could replace most of your cleaning cupboard?

Less reliance on conventional chemical cleaners.
Less single-use plastic.
Fewer products to keep buying.
A lower-tox home environment.

And it still gives you fresh hydrogen-rich drinking water at your tap.

Sanitising. Degreasing. Glass. Mirrors. Everyday cleaning. Skin + hair.

One machine.
Multiple waters.
A simpler way to run your home.

And from around £140 a month, you could own yours within 2 years. 🩵

2 things you should know about Kangen Water…

You can borrow my water machine for up to 2 weeks.

Try the different waters properly in your own home. For drinking, cleaning without conventional chemicals, and even your skin and hair routine.

You can get Kangen Water FREE in Milton Keynes.

Enagic UK’s Head Office is right in central Milton Keynes and you can pop in and fill up with fresh, hydrogen-rich water.

I’m genuinely passionate about getting more people to actually try this water for themselves.

There’s a growing body of research into molecular hydrogen and its potential role in areas including exercise performance, recovery and healthy ageing.

You don’t have to buy anything.

You don’t have to take my word for it.

Just try the water. 🩵

If you’ve been thinking about buying a water machine, this is a rather interesting time to do it.

Enagic’s current campaign means that anyone purchasing their machine starts at three times the usual starting commission level.

In real terms, that means if you love your machine, recommend it to somebody else and they decide they’d like one too, the commission on a qualifying machine sale can be around £750, depending on the exchange rate.

That’s quite a leap from the usual starting point.

But there’s another reason I wanted to talk about this.

September and October can be a funny time of year.

Children head off to university. Years of school runs, packed lunches, sports fixtures and organising everybody else suddenly shift. And for a lot of women, that creates a bit of space to ask:

What do I want to do next?

Perhaps you’re not looking for another conventional job.

Perhaps you’d like something flexible, something you can build around your life, something connected to wellbeing, people and a product you genuinely use yourself.

You absolutely don’t have to turn buying a water machine into a business.

But if you’ve already been curious about owning one, this particular campaign gives you a much stronger starting point should you decide you’d like to share it too.

And for someone looking for a fresh sense of purpose or a new income stream at this stage of life, I think it’s worth knowing about.

If either side of that speaks to you, the water or the business, send me a message and I’ll happily explain how it works without any pressure or jargon. 🩵

Commission amounts vary with exchange rates and depend on qualifying sales under Enagic’s compensation plan. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Grateful to be able to train outside.

Farmer’s carries are such a great finisher to a strength training session 💪🏽🩵

We need water.

We don’t need the plastic it comes in.

Single-use bottles don’t simply disappear when we’ve finished drinking from them. They end up in landfill, in our rivers and oceans, and breaking down into microplastics that are now being detected throughout the human body.

Surely we can do hydration better.

A water ioniser gives you fresh, filtered water straight from the tap, without the endless cycle of buying, carrying and throwing away plastic bottles.

And there’s another benefit: the electrolysis process can also produce water containing dissolved molecular hydrogen, an area attracting growing scientific interest for its potential role in supporting redox balance, exercise recovery and wider health optimisation.

💧Fresh water
💧Far less plastic
💧Molecular hydrogen

I also run hydration stations at local sporting events, so competitors can bring their own bottle and refill it as many times as they need, rather than reaching for another single-use plastic bottle.

If you’re organising a local sporting event and would like a hydration station there, message me.

Plastic shouldn’t be the price we pay for hydration 🩵

I’m excited to be providing a Molecular Hydrogen Hydration Station for competitors taking part in a global Gym vs Gym event, hosted by of Olney at Glebe Farm School this Saturday 3 October.

It’s a high-intensity fitness competition, so hydration, repeated effort and the ability to keep going when your muscles are getting tired are all incredibly relevant.

And when you look at the research, you’ll see why hydrogen-rich water is a great choice of hydration for these athletes.

A 2024 randomised, double-blind study looked at trained men performing six hard sets of weighted squats to fatigue.

After drinking hydrogen-rich water, they completed an average of 78 reps compared with 70 on ordinary water, and produced around 9.5% more total power across the session.

That doesn’t mean hydrogen water magically makes everyone perform 11% better…but it does add to the growing research around molecular hydrogen, exercise, fatigue and repeated hard effort.

And unlike an energy drink, there’s no caffeine, no sugar and no stimulant involved.

It’s simply water with dissolved molecular hydrogen, H₂.

So for a competition that asks people to work hard, recover briefly and go again, it’s a great hydration choice.

If you haven’t signed up yet, there may still be time.

Or come along, see what all the fuss is about, support the competitors and taste some freshly produced hydrogen-rich water while you’re there.

I’ll pop the study in the comments for anyone who wants to have a read 🩵

Apparently, your brain gets better at finding what you keep looking for.

So if you keep noticing the good stuff, the small wins, the kind people, the beautiful moments, the things that make you smile, your brain starts getting rather good at spotting more of them.

This is neuroplasticity doing its thing - what you repeatedly notice, your brain gets better at finding.

So I’m choosing to give mine some good material to work with 🩵

Wanda is home from her latest adventure… and she’s booked straight into the spa.

One of the things I love about these machines is how simple they are to look after.

A regular eClean takes around 3 hours, but the machine does the hard work. I simply follow the instructions through the menu, set it going and leave it to do its thing.

The cleaning process helps remove mineral scale from inside the electrolysis chamber and around those all-important titanium plates, helping the electrolysis process continue working as it should.

A little bit of TLC to keep Wanda doing what she does best…producing fresh, molecular hydrogen-rich water wherever her next adventure takes her.

She gets around, this girl. 😂

Does your workout look something like this?

60–90 seconds of hard effort.
Quick recovery.
Move to the next station.
Go again.

Sleds. Rowers. Burpees. Bikes. Squats. Carries.

That style of high-intensity, intermittent training is everywhere now, from bootcamp classes and group PT to HYROX and DEKA.

And it’s an area where the research into molecular hydrogen (H₂) is very relevant.

When researchers pooled the available studies, molecular hydrogen supplementation was associated with lower perceived exertion and lower blood lactate during exercise.

In other words, the work may feel a little less punishing, while supporting the body’s response to repeated bouts of hard exercise.

When researchers looked separately at different types of exercise, some of the most interesting results were seen with intermittent exercise, rather than steady continuous exercise.

Another systematic review found molecular hydrogen produced a greater improvement in the body’s antioxidant capacity following intermittent exercise than continuous exercise.

There’s also emerging evidence around muscular endurance. In one placebo-controlled study of trained men performing repeated squat sets, those drinking hydrogen-rich water produced greater total power and completed more repetitions.

This isn’t about a magic sports drink.
It’s still water.

But water containing dissolved molecular hydrogen, a tiny molecule being studied for the way it interacts with oxidative stress, redox balance, fatigue and exercise performance.

So if your training involves pushing hard, recovering briefly and going again...
what you drink around your training might be worth thinking about too.

GYMS & PTs: want to try this with your members?

I offer free water-machine trials for gyms and training spaces, plus pop-up Hydration Stations for larger events, competitions and challenges.

If your community trains hard, I’d love to bring the water to you.
