A little bit about me ☺️
I have been teaching Pilates for over 20+ years. I have had many evolutions within my teaching journey through the years and I have to say - I really really love where I am right now.
I am in a deep dive into menopause & I specialize in pelvic floor health awareness within my teaching. It’s so important & incredibly inspiring.
I am a breast cancer survivor.
(One year this month)
I am a mom to 3 awesome kiddos and married to my high school sweetheart.
I LOVE to exercise as long as it’s fun, the music is inspiring and the community around me is a vibe & supportive. ☺️
I really love being able to share and create space for Pilates with others. It has helped me in so many ways - and not to mention I have met some of the coolest people along the way!

I have some really exciting news to share.
Starting on Thursday, May 8th - I will be offering an in-person mat Pilates class.
I’m super pumped. ✨
Here are the details:
Class will be held at Well Fitness Studio
in Northfield.
We will meet on Thursday’s at 4pm
This class is 50 mins.
