What is your thumbscrew? What drives you? Do you want to be healthy for your children? Do you want to set a good example for others in your life? Is it your desire to look and feel better? Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired? Are you stuck at a plateau or hump that you just can't seem to get over?
Momentum is a powerful force. Create momentum by making the right choices consistently. Or enter a downward spiral by consciously making the wrong choices on a consistent basis.
