Discover how to set up and maintain your own worm farm, what to feed your worms, how to keep them happy and healthy, and how to use their nutrient-rich castings to improve your soil.

🌿 Want to get started straight away? Small and medium starter worm farms, as well as composting worm colonies, will be available as optional extras. You can even get your own system started during the workshop!

No previous experience needed, and no need to purchase a worm farm to participate.

A little prep tonight, breakfast ready tomorrow.

Overnight oats are an easy way to make busy mornings a little simpler. Stir, refrigerate and add your favourite toppings!

OVERNIGHT OATS
Serves 1 | Prep: 5 minutes | Soak overnight

You’ll need:
• ½ cup rolled oats
• ½ cup milk/liquid of your choice
• ¼ cup plain yoghurt or plant-based yoghurt (optional)
• 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
• 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
• A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Make it:

Mix everything in a jar or container.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Stir in the morning, adding a splash of milk if needed. Finish with your favourite toppings.

🍌 Make it your own: Try banana and peanut butter, grated apple and raisins, or berries and sunflower seeds.
