Knowing what is normal for your breasts can help you recognise when something has changed.

Be aware of changes such as:
🌸 A new lump or thickening
🌸 A change in the size or shape of a breast
🌸 Dimpling, puckering or changes to the skin
🌸 Changes to the ni**le or unusual discharge
🌸 Persistent changes that are new for you

Most breast changes are not necessarily cancer, but a new or unusual change should not be ignored or self-diagnosed.
