Hello George 👋 I’m Dr Ansua Steyn, and I’ve been looking after faces and patients for 20 years.

I trained as a medical doctor at the University of the Free State, worked in emergency medicine and general practice, and have spent years assisting in surgical theatre. I’ve also trained other doctors in injectable techniques.

Today I treat patients at my quiet clinic on Donegal W**e Estate in Victoria Bay. I do every treatment myself, from anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers to liposuction and prolotherapy.

My approach is simple: safety first, then natural balance. You should look like yourself, just rested.

Meet Natasha McKenzie 💛
Three months ago, Natasha underwent total reconstruction surgery for Basal Cell Carcinoma on her nose. We’re so happy to share that she’s doing well and recovering beautifully — though the reconstruction journey is still ongoing.
A heartfelt thank you to Kayce for the generous donation that covered the pathology costs, and to Dr Ansua and Dr Marshall for their incredible surgical care and dedication.
Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. Every donation, every act of kindness, helps someone take another step toward healing.

Always a priviledge to help… Dr Ansua recently joined the charity “Caring4Sight” during an outreach in Upington, in the Kalahari.
This initiative focused on cataract surgery, and more than 100 successful cataract operations were performed.

Dr Ansua was honoured to be invited by Dr Jonathan Pons to participate in this remarkable outreach. Blindness caused by cataracts remains a significant global health challenge, and this project brought hope and restored vision to many.

It was deeply moving to witness how the lives of families and children in the Kalahari were transformed — what a privilege to see sight restored and lives changed.
