A stroke is a medical emergency – every second counts. Seeking urgent medical attention can assist in confirming a patient’s diagnosis and determining the type and extent of the stroke. Scientific studies show that patients who are diagnosed with a stroke within four hours of the onset of symptoms have better outcomes.

If you or a loved one shows any signs of a stroke, act FAST and seek immediate medical assistance.

Every second counts; time is brain.
