Be a Natural is a holistic wellness practice in an urban farm, in the heart of Craighall Park - REEA centre, right next to Delta Park. I offer natural therapies such as massage, reflexology, energy medicine, live blood analysis, metabolic analysis, iridology. I hope my space creates an escape for my clients even if it's only for an hour, to relax and regroup, to be able to 'get back to it' with renewed energy. I also partner with other practitioners to offer workshops about healing and health.

25% off Vacuflex treatments!Vacuflex reflexology treatment is a lesser known modality of therapeutic reflexology. Felt boots are put on the feet and the vacuflex machine removes the air in the boots creating a pressure that stimulates all the reflexes on the feet. Ideally the boots are used for about 20-30 minutes. The benefit of the boots is that it shows areas of the body which are under stress by the colours that appear on the feet for a few minutes after they are removed. In this way we can analyze where the body needs assistance. The feet are still worked on after the vacuflex to stimulate meridian decongestion. Or the Vacuflex treatment can be a 30 minute stand alone treatment.
Cupping along the meridians is also possible with the Vacuflex.

Spring Detox combines lymphatic massage and reflexology weekly for 4 weeks, to de-congest the body and get fluids and wastes moving out. You will receive herbal drops that will aid in lymphatic detox, and an oil blend to increase the effectiveness of the treatments.
The Energy Alignment Package works on the meridian system of energy flow with Thai acupressure massage, and reflexology every other week, to get Qi moving and remove energetic stagnation and increase well-being. You will receive a tea to aid in this process and bath salts to help your body relax and release energetic blockages.
