FULLY BOOKED!

My heart is so full of gratitude.

When I first started holding these Full Moon Bonfire Ceremonies, my wish was simply to create a space where people could step away from the busyness of everyday life, put down everything they carry for everyone else, and have a little time that was just for them.

A space to pause, breathe, reconnect and simply be.

Seeing this Sunday’s ceremony fully booked means so much more to me than filling spaces around a fire. It means that people are recognising the importance of taking time for themselves, something I believe we all need so much more of.

To everyone who has booked, thank you. Thank you for trusting me to hold this space for you, for being open to the experience and for allowing me to share something that is so close to my heart.

I feel incredibly grateful to be able to do work that I genuinely love, and even more grateful for the beautiful people who are becoming part of this journey.

I can’t wait to welcome you around the fire tomorrow evening.

Five years of Reiki 🥳

This morning, while preparing for a new Reiki client, I came across the notes from the very beginning of my own Reiki journey.

And then I noticed the date. 👀

Exactly five years ago today, I took my first step into Reiki, without knowing just how deeply that decision would change my life.

The journey hasn’t always been easy. There have been moments of uncertainty, growth, healing and learning to trust myself more deeply. But through it all, Reiki has gently continued to bring me back to who I am and to the work I truly love.

Welcoming a new client today felt like such a beautiful full-circle moment. Her session reminded me again why I followed that quiet inner knowing five years ago and why this work is so incredibly special to me.

I feel deeply grateful to every person who has trusted me enough to share their energy, their vulnerability and a part of their healing journey with me. Every session has touched me, taught me and helped shape the practitioner and woman I am becoming.

Today, I’m not only celebrating five years of Reiki. I’m celebrating the courage it took to begin, the intuition that kept guiding me forward, and all the beautiful souls I have met along the way.

And somehow, I feel that this is still only the beginning.

Here’s to five years of trusting, healing, growing and coming home to myself@and to everything still waiting to unfold.

I look forward to continuing this journey of healing, connection and love.

Last night was about more than releasing pieces of paper into a fire.

It was about recognising the fears, beliefs and old stories that have quietly kept us disconnected from our true, authentic selves.

Each person was invited to put into words what they were ready to leave behind and then surrender it to the flames.

Not because the past can simply be erased, but because we can choose whether it continues to define who we are becoming.

There was something deeply moving about standing together beneath the Full Moon, witnessing each other release, reflect and make space for something new.

These ceremonies remind us that healing does not always happen through having all the answers. Sometimes, it begins with a pause, an honest intention and the courage to let go.

Thank you to every beautiful soul who shared this sacred evening with me.

A Reiki session may only last an hour, but the gentle shifts it creates can continue long after you leave the treatment room.

You may feel deeply relaxed, lighter or more energised. You may become more aware of emotions that have been quietly sitting beneath the surface, or begin to recognise what your body has been trying to communicate.

Sometimes the change feels immediate. At other times, it unfolds slowly, in a clearer thought, a deeper breath, a boundary you finally feel ready to honour, or a sense that something within you has begun to soften.

Reiki is not about “fixing” you. It is about creating a calm, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself beneath the stress, expectations and roles you carry every day.

The session may be over, but your journey back to yourself may only just be beginning.

For the woman who has been carrying too much lately…

I’m hosting a small, guided Full Moon Ceremony in Waterfall this Saturday evening. It is an opportunity to step away from the noise, settle your nervous system and create space for whatever you are ready to release.

The evening includes a guided meditation, reflection and a gentle closing ritual. No previous experience with meditation or energy work is needed, everything is explained and held in a grounded, welcoming way.
