Not sleeping. Snapping at people who did not deserve it. Telling everyone you are fine.

One problem, three doors, three very different routes in.

Somatic work goes through the body and the nervous system, with what is held there rather than what is said about it. RTT works with the subconscious, reaching the belief underneath the behaviour. A soul reading takes in the wider pattern, through the chart and the Akashic records, and what it has been protecting.

What each door actually looks like is in the post.

You do not need to know which one is yours before you start. Complimentary consultations, in person or online. Exclusively private, and a space to work out which door is yours, together. Message us THREE and we will match you with the right practitioner at Miracles.

The body settles first. The mind takes longer, and it rarely gets invited.

Samāna Spa treats the whole body rather than the part that aches. Miracles takes that same care inward, into the mind and the nervous system. Put the two together and the hour on the table does not end when you sit up.

Two rituals, 120 minutes each. Release & Restore pairs a relaxation massage with Reiki healing. The Wind-Down Ritual pairs a peaceful sleep massage with hypnotherapy.

Healing is the one value both houses share, which is why this works.

Rituals are in person at Meliá Desert Palm. Our therapy sessions also run online by video if you are further afield.

Message us to book. Miracles at Samāna Spa.

Ask about negative energy in this part of the world and the evil eye comes up fast.

Lala's point in part two is a gentler one, and harder to hear. Not all of it arrives from outside. Some of what feels like heavy energy started within, in a pattern you have run so long you stopped noticing it was yours.

Less comfortable, and more useful, because a pattern is something you can actually work with.

Part one of debunking myths around therapy, let us know in the comments or direct message any questions you have for our therapists.

Complimentary consultations, in person or online. Exclusively private, and a space to work out what you need, together.

Her positive energy and kind words are like balm to the soul.

PA wrote that in her Google review, after an Akashic records and energy healing session. Shared with her permission, and you can read it in full in the slides.

We do not take words like these lightly. People arrive at Miracles carrying things they have not said out loud, and being trusted with that is the whole job.

If you would like an experience of your own, we are here whenever you are ready. Sessions and complimentary consultations run in person or online wherever you are. Exclusively private, and a space to work it out together.

It takes one session to stop smoking.

Many people stop after one session. Not through willpower, through changing what the cigarette means.

The biggest battle with any addiction is the craving. Take the craving away, and there is nothing left to resist, so it never feels like fighting yourself.

Rapid Transformational Therapy goes to the root of the craving and liberates you from it forever. Smoking, va**ng, alcohol, any addiction.

One session. In person or online by video from anywhere.

Message us ONE, and we will set up your complimentary consultation at Miracles. Exclusively private, and a space to work it out together.

We asked each other one question. If someone came to you carrying something heavy, what would you tell them to reach for.

The first answer was RTT. It was a joke. Mostly.

The honest answers came after, and not all of them were a session with us. Some of what they named is a practice you could start tonight, on your own, for free.

Whatever you are carrying, we are here whenever you are ready to talk about it. In person or online wherever you are.

For years, anxiety, trauma and constant body pain, and every therapy she tried left the same issues to come back.

At Miracles she was not handed a single technique. She was given one programme built across hypnotherapy, energy healing and somatic healing. She felt the first real release within a few sessions, and she is not finished yet.

The words in the slides come straight from her Google review, shared with her permission. If that sounds like your own year, we are here. Message us STORY. Miracles.

There is a version of what comes next that you have not said out loud yet, possibly not even to yourself.

You are not unhappy. You are not in crisis. You are drained in a life that looks, on paper, like the one you asked for, and the question of what now sits there quietly every evening.

Saturday brings a full moon, and full moons rarely start anything. They finish a sentence you have been avoiding.

A practice for tonight, no chart required. Answer one question and do not tidy the answer. If nothing had to be explained to anyone, what would I stop doing first.

Lala uses the Akashic records and the charts to identify the pattern that is holding you back. Come for your personalised reading, in person or online by video wherever you are.

Message us NEXT for a complimentary consultation at Miracles. Exclusively private, and a space to work it out together.

You have heard it from someone. Maybe more than once.

That you are too fussy, that your standards are unrealistic, that you should be more open. Usually said kindly, which somehow makes it worse.

We hear a different version of this almost every week. Not a person being difficult, but a person who has finally stopped talking themselves into things.

That is not pickiness. That is knowing what it cost you last time.

Readings run in person or online by video wherever you are. Message us NEXT.
