Dr. Devinder Kapoor Homeopathic Medical Doctor, Lifestyle Medicine, Specialist in Gut Health, Mental Health. ACC Certified Mental Well-being Coach, Neuroscience Coach

How did I become a Homeopathic Doctor? I was fortunate to be born into a family of renowned artists, with my father being an acting tutor who inspired Bollywood actors. Initially, it seemed unlikely for me to enter the medical field until I witnessed the miraculous recovery of my mother from Meningitis. Her recovery, achieved through homeopathy after unsuccessful treatments with side effects, greatly influenced me. This experience ignited my passion to study homeopathy and pursue a career in it. Homeopathy focuses on natural healing and restoring health rather than suppressing symptoms. I firmly believe that medicine should promote the body’s healing capabilities. These strong convictions led me to delve into the depths of this holistic science. Education

In 2001, I graduated as a Rank holder with a Bachelor’s in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from CMPH Medical College in Mumbai, India. Additionally, I obtained a Fellowship in Homeopathic Dermatology from Maharashtra University in India. I am certified in Functional Medicine from The Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) in the United States. I also hold certifications in NAET from the NAET Foundation, which is a non-invasive allergy elimination technique based on the principles of Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and Applied Kinesiology. Furthermore, I am a certified Advanced Bio-well Energy Scan Specialist, proficient in Meridian diagnosis, its functions and relations, as well as in Auriculotherapy and Auricular Acupuncture. Experience

With over 20 years of experience specializing in Homeopathic practice, I firmly believe in the holistic nature of Homeopathy and its crucial role in achieving overall health. My expertise lies in diagnostics through functional blood work analysis and energy scans, which provide insights into body functions and homeostasis. I also employ treatment modalities such as detoxification therapies, holistic diet and lifestyle therapies, healing energy blockages, natural intravenous therapies, herbal medicines, and Homeopathic remedies to promote optimal health. My goal is to empower and educate my patients, encouraging them to take charge of their own health, as life can only exist when health is present. I firmly believe that the solution lies in a holistic approach, addressing the whole person rather than individual pieces. Consultations and Treatment

I provide consultations and treatments for individuals of all age groups, from infancy to geriatric, including pregnant mothers. My specialties encompass the treatment of both acute and chronic conditions. These include inflammation and allergies that can lead to various disorders such as skin conditions (urticaria, eczema, molluscum, warts, pigmentation, psoriasis, vitiligo), digestive disorders (indigestion, bloating, acidity, food intolerance), migraines, hair loss, hemorrhoids, obesity (weight loss), musculoskeletal disorders (headache, back pain, neck pain, vertigo), mood disorders (ADHD, autoimmune disorders), developmental disorders (autism, autism spectrum), and hormonal dysfunctions and imbalances (thyroid, PCOS, infertility). Regardless of the sickness patients present with, my ultimate aim is to restore their health, leading to the disappearance of the disease!!! Hobbies and Interests
I enjoy my time with family, with nature, going for long drives, love travelling to different countries, getting to know different cultures and I aspire to become a globe trotter some day!!

Stop letting your brain bully you at 2:00 AM.
We’ve all been there. You’re trying to sleep, but your mind decides it’s the perfect time to replay an awkward moment from three years ago or worry about a problem you can’t fix right now.
That’s rumination. It’s an endless mental loop that drains your energy and steals your peace.
This chart is a great cheat sheet to keep handy because it shows you exactly how the trap works:
The Outer Ring (The Amplifiers): Things like lack of sleep or burnout that make your brain extra vulnerable to looping.
The Middle Ring (The Triggers): The sneaky thoughts, like “what if” or replaying old arguments, that start the spin.
The Center (The Breakers): Simple actions that stop the wheel.
Save this post for the next time your mind starts racing at night.
When you feel stuck in a loop, don’t try to think your way out. Switch your tactic using one of these center-ring breakers:
Move your body: Literally stand up, splash water on your face, or shift your physical position to break the trance.
Take an intentional breath: Breathe in slowly, and make your exhale longer than your inhale to calm your nervous system.
Name the feeling: Say out loud, “I am feeling anxious,” instead of letting the feeling run wild in your head.
P.S. What is your go-to trick for shutting off a racing mind when you need to sleep? Drop it in the comments.

🧠✨ Your gut and your brain are in constant conversation.

Ever noticed that when your gut is unsettled, your mood, focus and energy can feel off too?

The gut-brain connection is a powerful two-way communication system linking your digestive system and nervous system. Your gut health can influence how you feel—and stress and emotions can also affect digestion. Poor sleep, anxiety or feeling mentally foggy may sometimes be connected to what’s happening in your gut. Want to understand what your gut may be telling you?

They look fine. But they’re not always okay.

The teenager who suddenly can’t breathe before an exam.
The woman who keeps everything together for everyone—but feels overwhelmed inside.
The high performer who looks successful, yet battles racing thoughts, panic and exhaustion in silence.Anxiety and panic attacks don’t always look like weakness.
Sometimes, they look like perfectionism, overthinking, people-pleasing, sleepless nights and constantly being “strong.”

Through my work, I help teenagers, women and high performers understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions and nervous system. Together, we explore practical tools to calm anxiety, regulate the nervous system, build emotional resilience and restore self-trust.

Everyone thinks you’re doing great.
But you know how exhausted you really are.

You’re successful. You show up.
You meet deadlines. You take care of everyone.
You smile, perform, achieve—and keep going.

But behind the success…
you’re tired. Mentally drained. Emotionally overwhelmed. Running on empty.

And the hardest part?

No one can see it.

Burnout doesn’t always look like falling apart.
Sometimes it looks like being incredibly successful while quietly losing yourself.

If you’re constantly pushing, achieving and holding everything together, perhaps the question isn’t:

“How much more can I handle?”

It’s…

“How long can I keep living this way?”

You don’t need to become stronger at carrying the weight.
You may need to learn how to put some of it down. 🤍

✨ Your success should not cost you your peace.

DM “BURNOUT” if you’re ready to move from surviving on the outside to feeling whole on the inside.

You work hard because you love your family.
You build your career because you want to give them a better life.
You keep saying, “Just one more thing… then I’ll have time.” Burnout doesn’t only affect the person experiencing it.
It can quietly show up in relationships, parenting, communication, connection and the emotional atmosphere at home. “Am I building a successful life—or simply a successful career while my life waits?”

✨ Protect your energy.
✨ Create boundaries.
✨ Make space for presence.
✨ Stop treating family time as what’s left after everything else is done.

Because your family deserves more than your leftover hours.
And so do you.

You can be successful on the outside… while quietly struggling on the inside.

Everyone sees the success—but who sees the exhaustion, anxiety, poor sleep, digestive issues, emotional overwhelm and constant pressure behind it?

Sometimes, we become so focused on building a successful life that we forget to take care of the person living it.

Because true success isn’t just about how much you achieve.
It’s about how healthy, peaceful and energized you feel while achieving it. 🌿

Don’t wait for your body to force you to slow down.

Let's see how stressed your nervous system really is. ✨
Screenshot the quiz above, count every "yes" as 1 point, then check your score below:

0–3 → Mostly regulated
Your system feels safe most of the time.

4–7 → Mild stress
You're functioning… but slightly overwhelmed. This is where things start slipping.

8–11 → High stress
Your body is in constant alert mode. This is why consistency feels hard.

12–15 → Overload / burnout zone
Your system is exhausted. This is not laziness. This is dysregulation.

A simple reset:
→ Slow down one part of your day
→ Reduce stimulation (phone, noise, content)
→ Sit in silence for 5 minutes daily
→ Eat slower
→ Step outside without your phone

You're not lazy. Your system is overloaded.

Everyone has a stress language. It's not what you feel — it's what you do the second stress hits.

FIGHT — gets loud. Argues. Needs to win, needs control.

FLIGHT — changes the subject. Buries in work. Runs before it gets uncomfortable.

FREEZE — goes quiet. Can't decide. Just wants to disappear for a bit.

FAWN — says yes before thinking. Over-apologises. Will do anything to avoid the conflict.

None of these are character flaws. They're old survival patterns your body picked up a long time ago - and most people are running one (or a mix) without ever naming it.
Which one's yours?
