Sonic Temple Applied tactile research in private sound therapy sessions, group sound meditations & Sound Trainings How does it work?

Sound is the engine of creation...

Utilized as medium in various cultures for eons: from Shamanism & the Hindi mantras, the medicine melodies of various Indigenous tribes from Central & South Asia, Americas and the Middle Eastern & Pythagorean use of frequency combinations, these various techniques all have the same intention: to move us from a place of imbalance to a place of balance. Sound facilitate shifts in our brainwave states by the entrainment phenomena. Synchronizing our fluctuating brain cycles by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can tune to. By using rhythm and frequency is possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), reaching theta (meditative state) at the end finally delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur). This same concept is utilized in meditation by regulating the breath, with sound though it's the frequency combination that is the agent which induces the shift.
