Unusual calmness, bio age reverse, better sleep still good recovery despite high strain, these are results for Eugene, and for most of our clients😉 this is how it feels like then you come back to your natural state without external noice and informational overload😌

Look at Ross, he became more calm and grounded, he speaks slower and more relaxed, despite on very busy schedule without a break! His bio age reversed, still waiting for his data😄 you cannot fit in his schedule anymore))) for entrepreneurs it very important to always have energy for such a busy schedule, and I think AOI did it’s job👌

What if quitting an addiction isn’t always about willpower?

Johny Dar explains the AOI concept of shadow clearing — the idea that an addictive pattern may be connected to unresolved past experiences and a part of ourselves that has not yet been fully integrated.

Instead of constantly fighting the behavior, the goal is to address what may be driving it underneath.

When that underlying pattern changes, the behavior may no longer feel necessary.

That’s how we interpret experiences like Kate’s — quitting smoking after 15 years without planning to quit and without feeling the same desire to smoke afterward.

08/10/2026

Kate quit smoking after 15 years, before she even consider to do that, but since her 1 session in our AOI whoop research she stopped and even doesn’t have any desire to smoke, which is very impressive! Also her recovery increases a lot and became high level green!

We explain this effect as shadow clearing. Johny Dar the creator of AOI believes that the part of you who has addiction is a hidden potential, if you clear the shadow part of this part of you by processing past experiences, you no need to have this addiction anymore, therefore we no need to manage our personality who wants to smoke, we simply creating this personality and you quitting your bad habit naturally without pushing yourself.

Watch next reel where Johny Dar explaining how does it happen!

Every time we see people become shiny and smily, more vital, you can see changes by watching previous videos, but at least they can sense that they become calmer😁

Your body already knows how to repair itself. The question is: what is standing in the way?

At AOI, we look at health from a different perspective.

Instead of focusing only on symptoms, the idea is to support the conditions the body needs for recovery by reducing the load that may keep the system in a state of constant stress, tension and dysregulation.

When the nervous system is constantly overwhelmed, sleep is poor, the mind never switches off, and the body is continuously adapting to stress, fewer resources are available for restoration.

AOI is designed to create an immersive environment of light, sound and sensory input that may help the system shift into a calmer, more regulated state.

And when unnecessary stress and internal “noise” begin to decrease, the body may have more capacity to do what it is naturally designed to do:

regulate, adapt, recover and restore balance.

This is why we don’t think of AOI as something that simply “fixes” one symptom.

The bigger idea is to help remove some of the factors that may be interfering with the body’s own recovery processes so the system can work more efficiently as a whole.

Sometimes healing is not about adding more.
Sometimes it starts with removing what is getting in the way.

If you’re curious about how your body responds to AOI, DM us to book your session at Johny Dar Experience.❤️‍🔥

Elika came to AOI already successful, driven and highly functional — but her body was telling a different story.

After a series of AOI sessions, she described feeling more peaceful, more clear, and more connected to herself.

At the same time, her follow-up assessment showed notable changes across several measured markers, including digestive function, autonomic regulation, toxic burden and overall vitality reserve.

What matters most is not just the numbers — it’s how those changes translate into real life:

more energy
more clarity
better resilience
more capacity to be present

AOI is designed to support the body and nervous system in returning to a more regulated, coherent state so you can access more of your own capacity.

Same life. Same drive. A different foundation.

Watch Elika’s experience after 10 AOI sessions. ❤️

Kate did AOI before maybe 3 times, and every time she experienced changes in persecution of time, she feels that time is moving differently, and she even doesn’t remember how did she drive home.

Johny Dar calls AOI a time machine, and many clients reporting that perception of time is changing during session and afterwards.

This is happening because of recalibration of person timelines. What we mean by timeline is that you come back to the present moment, without thinking of the past or the future, which is allowing you to finally feel yourself, your inner voice. And this is unfamiliar for many, but only in this state we could actually live life.

Stop wasting your time, and come to AOI to realign yourself❤️

People keep reporting the same effects from AOI: they feel deeply relaxed, experience greater mental clarity, and describe the constant “noise” in their mind finally becoming quiet.
