Then bedtime slips later, meals happen between meetings, and looking after yourself becomes something you’ll do “next week.”

Sound familiar?

Your phone gets an upgrade. Does your health get the same attention?

In this Reel, Dr Asna shares a reminder: make room for your health alongside the things you enjoy.

Start with one small habit today:

Take a short walk during your break.
Make time for a balanced meal.
Set a bedtime you can stick to.
Put your health questions on the calendar - speak with a doctor about care and screening appropriate for you.

Healthy habits don’t need a launch date. They need a place in your everyday life.

At AM Health Hub, we help you navigate your healthcare options and connect with the right support for your wellness journey.

Save this Reel as your reminder - and DM AM Health Hub “HEALTH” for help taking your next step.

A kinder world begins with how we care for one another. 🤍

This Gandhi Jayanti, we honour Mahatma Gandhi’s legacy of peace, compassion and service - values that remind us to place humanity at the heart of healthcare.

At AM Health Hub, we believe every patient deserves to be heard, supported and treated with dignity, wherever their journey to better health takes them.

Today, make compassion an action. Check on a loved one, offer support, or take a moment to listen.

🇳🇬 A nation’s future lives in the people who call it home.

In the parent building a better life for their children. The student pursuing a dream. The healthcare professional caring for a community.

This Nigeria Independence Day, we celebrate 66 years of independence - and the strength, creativity and determination of the Nigerian people.

At AM Health Hub, our wish is simple: a future where more families can access the care they need and make informed healthcare decisions with confidence.

If you’re exploring treatment abroad, start with three questions:

• Which specialist is right for my condition?
• What does the proposed treatment plan - and its estimated cost - include?
• How will follow-up care be coordinated when I return home?

Clear answers help families plan their next step.

Whether you’re celebrating in Nigeria or far from home, we wish you unity, good health and new possibilities.

Happy Independence Day, Nigeria. 💚🤍💚

“It’s only a small scratch.”

After an animal bite or scratch, it can be tempting to carry on with your day - especially when the wound barely hurts. But waiting for symptoms can mean missing the opportunity to prevent rabies.

This World Rabies Day, 28 September, AM Health Hub is sharing a message every family should know: rabies is preventable, and prompt action matters.

If you are bitten or scratched by an animal:

💧 Wash immediately. Clean the wound thoroughly with soap and running water for at least 15 minutes.

🏥 Seek urgent medical care. A healthcare professional should assess the exposure and determine the rabies vaccination and other preventive treatment needed.

✅ Complete the prescribed treatment. Follow the full vaccination schedule and your healthcare professional’s instructions.

Don’t wait for symptoms - even if the wound seems minor.

Rabies prevention also starts before an incident: keep pets vaccinated, avoid approaching unfamiliar animals, and teach children how to interact safely with them.

At AM Health Hub, we believe health awareness should give people clear, practical steps they can use when it matters.

Don’t let a small bite become a missed chance to prevent rabies. Save these steps and share this post with a parent or pet owner today.

Follow AM HEALTH HUB for practical health awareness - and after an animal bite or scratch, seek urgent medical care. Don’t wait for symptoms.

One search becomes ten open tabs. Your family is comparing doctors, trying to understand treatment costs and wondering where you’ll stay.

And through it all, you’re already worried about your health.

You deserve support with those decisions.

In this video, Dr Asna explains how AM Health Hub helps patients navigate their treatment journey - from exploring hospital and doctor options to discussing treatment estimates and finding accommodation within their budget.

Before confirming treatment abroad, ask:

✓ What does the written treatment estimate include - and exclude?
✓ How long might I need to stay, and what follow-up is expected?
✓ Who can I contact if plans change?

Clear answers can help you and your family plan with greater confidence.

With treatment coordination and international patient support, AM Health Hub helps you take the next step with someone beside you.

You picked up the medicine. Did you leave with answers?
A new prescription. An unfamiliar medicine. A question you almost didn’t ask.
Then a pharmacist takes a moment to listen, explain, and help you understand your next step. That conversation is part of your care.
This World Pharmacists Day, AM Health Hub celebrates the pharmacists who bring knowledge, patience, and compassion to everyday patient care. Thank you for making medication safety a conversation everyone can take part in.
At your next pharmacy visit, ask:
How and when should I take this medicine? Can it interact with my other medicines or supplements?Which side effects should I watch for, and what should I do?
Bring your medication list - including vitamins and herbal supplements - and ask until the instructions are clear.
Expertise in every dose. Care in every conversation.

💚 Save these questions for your next visit, tag a pharmacist who deserves a thank-you, and follow for more practical health awareness.

A diagnosis brings enough uncertainty. Then come the recommendations.
A friend suggests one hospital. A relative recommends another. Online, every option sounds like the right one.
But what makes sense for your care?
For patients and families travelling from Africa, considering cancer treatment in India also means planning time away from home, accommodation, costs and support.
Start with these questions:
Has an oncology specialist reviewed my medical reports?Do I understand the proposed treatment and why it is recommended? What does the written cost estimate include - and exclude?Who will coordinate follow-up care when I return home?
Choosing treatment in India is a personal decision that deserves more than a hospital name or a price quote.
At AM Health Hub, we help you navigate your questions and understand your next steps when exploring treatment abroad.
Save this checklist for your family discussion.

What if peace began with one simple question: “Are you okay?” 🕊️

In a busy hospital corridor, a worried patient may not remember every word - but they will remember the person who listened, reassured them and treated them with dignity.

This International Day of Peace, let’s remember that peace is more than the absence of conflict. It is created through compassion, emotional well-being, inclusive healthcare and the way we care for one another.

Start today:

Listen without judging
Speak with kindness
Check in on someone
Respect every person’s journey

At AM Health Hub, we believe compassionate healthcare can help build healthier people, stronger communities and a more peaceful world.

Tag someone who brings peace into your life - and share this message to keep kindness moving. 💚

On 9 September, employees at Abreco Freights came together for a workplace nutrition workshop led by Prerna Gupta, nutritionist at Eclipse Clinic. We explored balanced plates and healthy eating during fasting -everyday choices worth paying attention to.

One thing to try at your next meal: pause before you eat and ask, “Is there variety on my plate?” It’s a small question that can help you make a more thoughtful choice.

Thank you to Abreco Freights and Prerna for being part of this conversation with AM Health Hub.
