๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
* Review physician encounter notes after patient visits.
* Summarize key clinical findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, and patient needs.
* Identify documentation supporting RPM and/or DME eligibility.
* Recommend appropriate RPM or DME devices based on the patientโs condition and provider notes.
* Ensure all summaries and recommendations accurately reflect physician documentation.
* Flag incomplete, missing, or unclear information for follow-up.
* Update patient notes, summaries, and recommendations in the EMR/EHR system.
* Coordinate with clinical and operations teams on patient eligibility and device needs.
* Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
*Qualifications:*
- MBBS or Pharm D degree is a must.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
* Healthcare or clinical documentation review experience required.
* Strong understanding of medical terminology, diagnoses, chronic conditions, and physician notes.
* Familiarity with RPM devices, including blood pressure monitors, glucometers, pulse oximeters, and weight scales, is preferred.
* Knowledge of RPM programs and DME devices is preferred.
* Experience with EHR/EMR systems preferred.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately interpret and summarize clinical information.
