My Continuation Reflections on TRAVEL Impressions and Spiritual Growth:

Fasting was successful; that is to say, it always is, but this time, I went deeper and added three days of water intake. And it was a challenge, mentally and physically as well. Upon starting the water fast after six days of fruits, a few vegetables, and teas, I felt a little shaky and cold. My mind became quiet, and I felt pressure similar to a headache but different.
On my third day, I felt hungry and could not wait until the next morning to start drinking juices and soup for lunch. The day after the water fast, I was so weak I could only lie on the couch and read a book.
So I feel great that I finally did what I had long contemplated doing —not really to lose weight but to detox and feel lighter again, in mind and body.
My dear friend Sabina Kurtz does a monthly juice fast online, so check her out if you are interested in detoxing or losing weight. I can only recommend her warmly. [email protected]

I'm also back in the Netherlands, staying with my cousin, and I feel so glad that I am more than halfway through my Core Energetics program. I left NYC on August 26th and have been in the Netherlands for over six months. I am now working on my first clients under supervision; I am so excited that soon you will see some postings about my new business and passion.
My next travel destination is Berlin, where I will meet Egon and attend the opening of his group show.
It is very much needed for my spiritual strength to see my husband and to support him in his success in showing his art.
We are firmly convinced that long-term commitment offers unique opportunities for growth as conscious human beings that are not easily found elsewhere.

My continued TRAVEL abdates and impressions.

As I am lying here in bed, at a youth hostel in Bruxelles, with several other women and men my travels are reaching their limits and are coming towards the end. The Sciatica I thought I had has now been diagnosed as a herniated disc. A bit more serious then I was hoping for, I felt truly scared 😱 reading the CT (Computer Topography) and then also looking up the psychological meaning behind it by Louise Hay.
Oh well, she says;(Ruptured relation ships, strain, burdens).
Maybe it took more strain and burdened me much more then I thought, and there are some relationships with my favorite humans that have been compromised. But others have been healing, like my visit to my mom, in Salzburg and my meeting up with a sister and some other relatives. I think I need to live in both worlds, the US and in Europe to feel complete. Anyway soon we are all voting and that is like a hole other can of worms 🪱 I will vote upsend ballot and definitely not for the hate mongers! That scares me as much as my fragile back at this time.
I appeal on all out there go and vote for Kamala and Tim!!!
Tomorrow I will have to travel for about 5 hours total to make it back to Holland to my cousin Andrea, then I will take it easy and do my exercises to get back to my usual self, dancing and full of strength, blessed be mother, goddess of all there is, give me back my strength. Good night dear friends until soon, no more jogging 🏃‍♂️ for now I am glad I can walk.
