A week filled with fun, connection, and giving back!

During our Wellbeing Week, colleagues had the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities including Photoshoot Day, Sport Day, Children's Day and Charity Day.
Each event brought colleagues together in a unique way, strengthening relationships, creating lasting memories, and reinforcing the strong sense of community that makes Constantia Flexibles Poland Holding a great place to work.

Our recent Constantia Flexibles Poland Holding mountain trip was the perfect opportunity to step away from our desks, connect with colleagues, and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Covering nearly 17 kilometers, we hiked through Szyndzielnia, Trzy Kopce, Klimczok, and breathtaking viewpoints along the way.
The sunny weather, stunning landscapes, and positive energy made the day truly memorable.

Moments like these remind us that strong relationships are built not only at workplace, but also through shared experiences and adventures.

10 Years of Constantia Flexibles Poland Holding! 🎉
At the beginning of September, we came together to celebrate a very special milestone, the 10th anniversary of Constantia Flexibles Poland Holding!
This special occasion gave us opportunity to look back at the decade of growth, achievements, while recognizing the people who have made it all possible.

The evening was filled with laughter, inspiring conversations, shared memories, and unforgettable moments. It was wonderful to see colleagues come together to celebrate a decade of collaboration, and success. It reminded us of the strong community we have built over the years.

Our colleagues at Constantia Arimpeks came together with their families for a day filled with celebration, connection, and fun.

The Family Picnic brought together employees of all ages for team games, children's activities, music, dancing, a barbecue, and a raffle. The event was also an opportunity to recognize colleagues celebrating more than five years of service and thank them for their dedication and contribution.

A special highlight was the participation of our Occupational Health & Safety Specialist, who promoted safety awareness in a creative and engaging way.
Thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success and to all colleagues and families who joined us. 💙

🌞 When school is out, family support matters even more.

This summer, the children of our colleagues enjoyed three weeks of fun, creativity, and outdoor adventures at our summer camp in Teich. From hands-on workshops to exploring nature along the Pielach River, the program was packed with memorable experiences.

Because supporting our colleagues also means supporting their families. 💙

Who-who inspects the packaging? Who-who handles quality control? Who-who approves what’s on the shelves from pouches to trays?

Meet some of our four-legged colleagues at Constantia Flexibles. Of course, they are not actually responsible for these tasks, but they would happily volunteer. Their specialties include wellbeing, security, quality control, and package checks.

For International Dog Day, we wanted to create an org chart of our furry colleagues. That proved impossible. Every single one considers themselves management.

What they do agree on is that they make the workday better. They get us outside, keep our spirits high, and add a little extra joy to the day.
