Do you ever realise you’ve been pushing through your day without really stopping to notice how you’re going?

Sometimes we become so focused on keeping everything moving that we keep adding one thing after another without checking whether there might be a simpler or more helpful way to approach the next part of the day.

A quick check-in can be enough to notice whether something small could make things feel a little easier — perhaps changing the order of what you’re doing, taking a short break, asking for help, or simply deciding what really needs your attention first.

This is Part 4 of 5 in the “I’m Coping… But Only Just” series — one of the topics within my Small Shifts collection, brought to you by Amazing Life Strategies.

Do you ever find yourself jumping between several things and feeling as though nothing is really getting done — or getting your full attention?

It can happen so easily.
You start one job.... remember something else..... check a message..... begin another task..... then return to where you started. 😵‍💫🫣
You may have been busy the whole time, yet still feel as though you're not accomplishing anything.
"A Practical Reset" offers a simple way to bring your focus back to one thing for a short amount of time — something you can use whenever your day starts feeling a little scattered.

This is Part 3 of 5 in the “I’m Coping… But Only Just” series — one of the topics within my Small Shifts collection, brought to you by Amazing Life Strategies.

Messages, appointments, decisions, unfinished jobs and things you’re trying to remember can quietly compete for your attention throughout the day.

Holistic Vocal Coaching ~ Client Review
My gorgeous client left me a beautiful review today but doesn't have social media so she said i could post on her behalf.
Very grateful for this ✨🙏

🎶Holistic Vocal Coaching 🎶
I’ve been seeing Leanne for several months for holistic vocal coaching. She’s such a wonderful, patient and compassionate soul, and I’m grateful our paths crossed. I learn so much from her through our sessions, whether it’s ways to set healthy boundaries, speaking up, or more singing-based such as listening to music notes and matching them with my voice. She’s understanding when it comes to my challenges and fears, and she helps me work through them without judgement.

I’d taken singing lessons for several years prior, but I knew there were underlying fears around using my voice that got in the way. Leanne is the perfect person to help me, because not only does she help with singing, but she helps me learn where my blocks are coming from and how to work through them.
She is, without a doubt, the best vocal coach I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

Me: Lost for words ~ so grateful ~ my heart is full ~ my eyes are leaking 😭 🥰💝
