Yesterday’s NAIDOC March was a powerful display of culture, connection and pride. 🖤💛❤️

We recognise that true accessibility includes facilitating pathways for First Nations individuals living with disability to safely and proudly celebrate their identity. It was fantastic to have some of our team out there yesterday walking alongside our participants supporting these vital community connections. And what a fun day!!

What’s not to love at 🤩🤩

Everything from the day, time, destination and activities were participant-led, and look at those smiles! We love building connections in a genuine, positive way 😍

We are ALL IN for reconciliation. 🤝

At Kompass, providing culturally safe care means embedding First Nations perspectives into our services, fostering deep community connections, and ensuring our support spaces are genuinely safe, welcoming, and accessible. Not just this reconciliation week, but always ❤️💛🖤

A huge shoutout to one of our amazingly talented Kompass legends who provided her own original artwork for this post!

At Kompass, we believe support should be as dynamic as you are. Adventure is one of our core values because we’ve seen how much growth happens when you’re out exploring the world on your own terms.

April is Autism Acceptance month. Acceptance is an action word. It’s about changing the world around the person, not the person themselves. This month, we invite you to join us in shifting the narrative from awareness to true belonging. 🤝

At Kompass we are committed to facilitating and supporting inclusive environments where we focus on strength, autonomy, and meeting you where you are. 🌈💪
