There is no one-size-fits-all approach to figuring yourself out. What works beautifully for one person might do absolutely nothing for another. And that's the whole point. We're all wonderfully different.
Some of us need to talk it out, some need to move, cry, laugh, scream into a pillow or sit in complete silence. Some find clarity through a card reading, others reconnect with themselves through meditation, creativity or a really good conversation over a cup of tea.
There is no right way. There's YOUR way. And sometimes finding it means trying a few things, asking a lot of questions and being willing to explore.
And here's the thing... I don't have all your answers. But I do believe you hold more of them than you realise. My role isn't to tell you who to be or what to do. It's to create the space, ask the questions and help you discover what feels right for you.
