At the start of this year, I made a big decision to return to university and study a Masters of Physiotherapy at Flinders University. 🎓🎓In two years, I’ll be a dual qualified Physiotherapist and Chiropractor combining the best of both professions to provide the best possible care for my patience.

After almost 10 years, I’m back at uni! 🎓
I’ve decided to broaden my knowledge and study a Masters of Physiotherapy. In 2 years, I’ll be dual qualified as both a chiropractor and physiotherapist 🙌

I’ll still be keeping busy and working part-time as a chiro at Back in Balance while studying.

Easter 🐣🐰

We hope you all had a wonderful Easter break! 🐣 🐰 Dr Paije spent the time off at the river. While Dr Alison had a busy easter with family, fishing and uni study. She also popped into the clinic to treat an emergency patient. We will both be back in the clinic tomorrow starting at 8:30.

Practicing what we preach ☀️☀️

Dr Alison out in her break getting some vitamin D and practicing her posture pole exercise. In this exercise we aim to create extension in our thoracic spine, which commonly becomes rounded or flexed from prolonged sitting, as well as stretching through the chest- particularly the pec muscles.
