Did you know around two-thirds of Australians aged 50 and over have either osteoporosis or low bone density? An estimated 1.2 million people live with osteoporosis, and a further 6.3 million have low bone density. 🦴

World Osteoporosis Day falls on 20 October, and it's a great reminder that bone health plays a big part in staying independent as we age.

A few simple habits go a long way: weight-bearing exercise, enough calcium and vitamin D, and regular check-ins with your GP or physio.
