What if one belief has been quietly shaping the choices you make?
For me, that belief was: “I’m not good enough.”
I’ve carried it for years. It has shown up in my relationships, my confidence and my business. Even when I knew I was capable, part of me still held back from opportunities I wanted to explore.
During my Turning Point™ practitioner training, I had the chance to work on that belief.
The session brought me back to a time in my teens when my family life changed suddenly and I felt emotionally unsafe. I began to see how I’d learnt to hold things in, act as though I was fine and look outside myself for reassurance.
I came away with a clearer understanding of some of the choices I’ve made. I felt lighter, more confident and ready to take steps towards what I really want.
I’m sharing this because an old belief can follow us into different parts of life without us realising it.
Maybe yours sounds like:
💭 “I know what I need to do, so why can’t I do it?”
💭 “I always end up back in the same place.”
💭 “Maybe this is just how I am.”
It can affect how we care for ourselves, the choices we make around food, our relationships and the opportunities we talk ourselves out of. In midlife, when so much is already changing, it can be hard to see a way forward.
I’m proud to now be an accredited Turning Point™ practitioner, and I’m opening some extra private sessions for midlife women who want to explore a belief or pattern that keeps showing up in their health or life.
If this speaks to you, comment TURNING POINT and we can have a chat about whether a session feels right for you. 🌿
