I just thought I was healing all these years. Nobody mentioned I'd become intolerant to bu****it. And I FKN love it! 😂

Every time you choose someone else’s approval over your own truth, you pay for it with a little piece of yourself.

Are you ready to stop paying the price? 🙏🤍

Being nice often means keeping everyone else happy at your own expense.

Saying yes when you mean no.
Staying quiet when you want to speak.
Avoiding truth so nobody gets uncomfortable.

That’s not kindness. That’s people-pleasing.

Kindness is a choice. People-pleasing is fear. 🖤

Maybe the problem was never that you didn’t believe you were worthy.

Maybe you kept choosing people who made you prove it.

Prove you’re lovable.
Prove you’re worth staying for.
Prove you’re worth choosing.
Prove you’re worth the effort.

And then you call it chemistry when you’re constantly trying to earn someone’s love.

That isn’t love.

That’s a familiar wound looking for another opportunity to be healed by the person who triggered it.

You don’t need to become more worthy.

You need to stop auditioning for people who can’t see your worth without being convinced.

Choose people who make proving yourself unnecessary. 🖤

Not every uncomfortable feeling needs to be healed.

Sometimes you’re uncomfortable because you’re doing something different.

Saying no.
Setting the boundary.
Walking away.
Letting someone be disappointed.
Choosing yourself.

Don’t mistake discomfort for danger.

Sometimes it’s not a trauma response.

Sometimes it’s growth.

01/10/2026

Maybe you don’t need to feel differently.

Maybe you just need to stop pretending you feel differently.

You say you’re fine when you’re not.
You say it doesn’t bother you when it does.
You call it “acceptance” when you’ve actually gone numb.
You call it “letting go” when you’re still secretly hoping.
You say “I don’t care” because caring feels too vulnerable.

And sometimes the most honest thing you can do is admit:

I’m angry.
I’m hurt.
I miss them.
I’m disappointed.
I don’t want this anymore.
I actually want something more.

Not so you can wallow in it.

Not so you can make someone else responsible for it.

Just so you can stop abandoning yourself by lying about what’s true.

Because you can’t change what you refuse to acknowledge.

And sometimes the first step toward healing isn’t feeling better.

It’s finally telling yourself the truth. 🖤

The truth will cost you.

It might cost you a relationship.
A friendship.
Someone’s approval.
Your carefully maintained image.
The version of you everyone is comfortable with.

But pretending costs you too.

It costs you your voice.
Your self-respect.
Your peace.
And little by little, it costs you yourself.

The uncomfortable truth is this:

Sometimes we’re not afraid of what will happen if we tell the truth.

We’re afraid of what we’ll have to stop pretending once we do.

So ask yourself…

What am I pretending not to know because knowing would require me to change something?

That’s where the real s**t starts. 🖤

24/09/2026

Maybe the problem isn’t that you haven’t become your “best self” yet.

Maybe you’re exhausted from trying to become someone you’re not.

The healed version.
The spiritual version.
The patient version.
The forgiving version.
The endlessly compassionate version.
The version who never gets angry, never gets jealous, never struggles and always knows the “right” thing to do.

What if becoming more whole has less to do with becoming better…

…and more to do with becoming honest?

Honest about what you want.

What you don’t want.

What hurts.

What pi**es you off.

What you’re afraid of.

Where you’re pretending.

Where you’re saying “yes” while every cell in your body is screaming “NO.”

Where you’re calling self-sacrifice “love.”

Where you’re calling people-pleasing “kindness.”

Where you’re calling fear “intuition.”

Where you’re staying small because being fully yourself might upset somebody.

That’s the uncomfortable work.

Not becoming some polished, enlightened version of yourself.

Becoming real enough that you can no longer lie to yourself.

Because the most authentic version of you probably isn’t the version who has everything figured out.

It’s the one who finally stops pretending it does.

If you’ve ever wondered why certain people or situations trigger you so deeply, this conversation is for you. ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of talking with the beautiful team at Holistic Health Hub about triggers, the unconscious mind, and what our emotional reactions are really trying to tell us.

We explore why we’re drawn to certain relationships, where our triggers come from, and how they can actually become an opportunity for profound self-awareness and healing.
