Good morning and welcome to another Tuesday in sunny North Queensland ☀️
This week has started incredibly for me here at Setter's.
I had the privilege of supporting a client with late-onset asthma. As she is closer to 70 than 60, no one was more surprised than herself — but that is the true mystery of asthma. Fortunately, for many years I have been able to support clients with asthma to enjoy longer periods of ease, while they continue to keep their puffers and sprays from their doctor on hand in case an asthma attack does occur.
For 35 years, since I was 19, this is one of the reasons I opened here in Townsville — to help people breathe easier and live with more comfort, even though asthma risk is still too high today.
I also continued working with a gentleman with extremely poor circulation and comfort below the knee, to the point his legs were purple in colour. My holistic pain relief therapy is often very helpful in supporting comfort, movement and circulation to the feet, and it does not matter what age the person is.
He came in reporting pain at 10 out of 10. After his 90-minute initial consultation and treatment included, he got up for the first time in just over 12 months reporting pain at 3 out of 10.
I really love what I do here.
I'm also continuing the journey with other clients dealing with neck pain, wrist pain, elbow pain, shoulder and knee pain, and my favourite — lockjaw.
Here is a wonderful review of my service:

Always remember, self-referrals are always welcome. My work is non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical holistic therapy and I work alongside your GP and existing care team.
Have a great rest of your work week.
Kindest regards,
Benjamin Setter
